Law Enforcement Community Service Award (Officer of the Year) 2003 was presented to Sheriff Kent Henson (left) of the Angelina County Sheriff's Department at Crime Stoppers' Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinner in December 2003.  Award is sponsored by Mark Lowery (right) of Texas State Bank since 1995.  Recipient receives a pistol and a plaque.
