Law Enforcement ExperienceTom Selman has 10 years of paid professional law enforcement experience as a former full time employee of the Angelina County Sheriff's Department, the Diboll Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety. Tom held an Advanced Certificate from TCLEOSE when he left law enforcement. Tom is a graduate of the East Texas Police Academy of Kilgore and was Valedictorian of his class in the Texas Department of Public Safety Academy in Austin. Tom earned a degree in Law Enforcement from Angelina College and also attended specialized training courses throughout his law enforcement career earning almost 2000 training hours credit.
