Local businessman and Crime Stoppers Board Member Nathan Mulholland presents Sheriff Kent Henson and Chief Deputy Jim Casper with a set of Stinger Spikes for the Sheriff's Deputies patrol units.  Spikes are deployed across the roadway in front of a fleeing vehicle to flatten its tires and terminate high speed pursuits in a safe manner.  Through the generosity of local business donors, Crime Stoppers has equipped units of the Lufkin, Hudson, Huntington and Zavalla Police Departments, the Angelina County Sheriff's Department and a Constable with these spike systems
